For selection to the post of both Assistant and Officer Cadre in Regional Rural Banks spread across the country, IBPS organises IBPS RRB Exam every year. The selection is made to the post of:

IBPS RRB is conducted every year for selection to the post of both IBPS RRB Assistant and IBPS RRB Officer Cadre in Regional Rural Banks spread across the country.

IBPS RRB 2018 Notification
The recruitment notification for IBPS RRB 2018 has finally been released by IBPS. You can download the Official Notification by clicking on the link mentioned below. With release of Official Notification, the exam dates, pattern and syllabus has also been released.
IBPS RRB PO 2018 will be conducted on 11th, 12th, 18th August 2018 (Preliminary Exam) and the mains exam for the same will be conducted on 30th September 2017. This year, a single exam will be conducted for IBPS RRB Officer Scale II & III on 30th September 2018.
IBPS RRB 2018 Office Assistant Preliminary Exam will be conducted on 19th, 25th August and 1st September 2018 and the mains exam for the same will be conducted on 7th October 2018.

No interview is required after the Mains Exam to get selected for the post of Office Assistant.
IBPS RRB Online Application
The Online Application link for IBPS RRB 2018 Office Assistant and Officers Scale-I, II & III, has activated from 8th June 2018. The online Application will end on 2nd July 2018.

The number of vacancies is 5249 for Office Assistant and 3312 for Officer Grade-I.

IBPS RRB 2018 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office Assistant is quite different to that of exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade.
For IBPS RRB Assistant 2018, Exam will be conducted in two phases:
- • Preliminary Exam
- • Mains Exam
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates to the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks obtained by candidate in his/her Mains Examination.

IBPS RRB Officer 2018 Exam Pattern
For IBPS RRB Officer 2018, exam will be conducted in three phases:
- • Preliminary Exam
- • Mains Exam
- • Interview Process
The final selection will be made on the cumulative score obtained by candidate in both Mains Exam and Interview Process

A common exam (single exam) will be conducted for IBPS RRB Officer Scale-II & III this year to select candidates on the basis of their professional knowledge.
IBPS RRB 2018 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for IBPS RRB 2018 Exam, a candidate is required to fulfil the given eligibility criteria:
|Age Limit||For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1990 and later than 01.06.2000 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)– Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1988 and later than 31.05.2000 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- II (Manager)– Above 21 years – Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1986 and later than 31.05.1997 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)– Above 21 years – Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1978 and later than 31.05.1997 (both dates inclusive)

Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary
Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural
Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology,
Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;

Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering,

IBPS RRB 2018 Application Fee
A total of Rs. 600/- is to be paid by candidates belonging to General Category as the application fee for both IBPS RRB Assistant 2018 and IBPS RRB Officer 2018. The same amount is narrowed down to Rs. 100/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.
IBPS RRB 2018 Syllabus
The syllabus for IBPS RRB 2018 is almost same for IBPS RRB Assistant 2018 and IBPS RRB Officer 2018. Apart from the below mentioned sections, an additional section of professional knowledge section is asked for the Specialist Officer Grade-II.

IBPS RRB 2018 Admit Card
IBPS will release the admit card on their official website after the application process is completed. Different Admit Cards will be issued for both Preliminary and Mains Examination for both Assistant and Office Assistant. The link to the same will be provided on this page. Hence, candidates are required to visit this site regularly to remain updated.
IBPS RRB 2018 Result
IBPS will declare the results after conducting exams for each stage for both Assistant and Officer Grade. Candidates are required to clear the preliminary round in order to give their Mains Exam. Candidates who make it to the final merit list will be offered the call letter to join the organization.
IBPS RRB Cut-Off 2018
The cut-off for IBPS RRB 2018 will be released once the paper for the same has been conducted. The cut-off for Preliminary Exams and Mains Exam will be different. The cut-off marks will be generated both state wise as well as category wise.
